Tuber Guarantee, Refund Policy, and Shipping/Pickup Details

- Guarantee: All our tubers are guaranteed to have at least one eye, or your money back. We use good sanitation practices and culled suspicious plants to reduce the chance of gall but can not be liable for what happens after they arrive at your home. If you see anything concerning upon opening the package please email us with a photo of your concern.

- Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your tuber. Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival and store them in a cool, dry, non-freezing area. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

- Shipping Schedule: Dahlia tubers will ship in April/May, once the threat of frost has passed.

- Order Policy: Once an order is placed, no modifications or additions can be made. To purchase additional tubers, you must place a separate order, and each order will ship individually.

-Availability: All listings are for one tuber. Should there be an issue in storage and tubers are lost you will be promptly notified and refunded.

Shipping Costs- Only shipping tubers, no live plants

- Per Order Charge: $7

- Additional Per Tuber Charge: $1 per tuber

Local Pickup and Delivery Options

- Local Pickup: Dahlia tubers and well as seedlings are available for pickup during our Dahlia Tuber + Seedling Sale:

- Date: May 3rd

-Time: 2–5 PM

- Location: 30055 Nevada Road, Cashton, Wisconsin

- Local Delivery: If you purchased dahlia tubers along with live plants, you can opt for local delivery. All items will be delivered on May 5th between 8 AM and 5 PM.

All of the tubers we are offering for sale have been grown out on our farm for 2+ years and have shown no sign of disease. We practice careful sanitation when harvesting and dividing the plants we offer for sale. We have been building up our stock for the past few years and look forward to offering 100+ more cultivars next year!

The plants are being lovingly grown in our basement grow room right along with our seedlings for the farm.Refunds will be promptly issued for crop losses effecting your order.
